An Evening of Fine Wine and Cuisine at Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration
MYSTIC, CT (January 6, 2008) – Escape the winter chill and warm your bones with a four-course wine dinner with a scotch or cordial tasting by Ocean Blue Catering at Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration on January 31 at 6:30 p.m. Indulge in fine wine from Chile and gourmet cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Trad Dart and his skilled culinary team, then sample top single-malt scotch whiskeys or cordials against a backdrop of fish, marine mammals, reptiles and more on the aquarium’s main exhibit floor. All wines, scotches and cordials will be available for purchase. In addition to the dinner and tastings, the event will feature several special guest speakers.
